Returns and Exchanges
At Shinto Drip, each drop is limited and crafted with intention. We want you to be hyped about your order, but we also know things don’t always fit or feel the way you expected.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Limited-edition or final sale items will be marked non-returnable on the product page.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size or style (subject to availability).
- If your requested size is sold out, you’ll be issued store credit.
Returns
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return/Exchange

- We’ll send you instructions for return shipping.
- Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, hit us up immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll make it right.
