Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
  • During high-demand drops, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.

Delivery Notes

  • Shinto Drip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier for delivery issues.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment.
